1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the TC999 website, its content, features and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 4 Account Eligibility

4.5 Single Account

Each user is permitted to maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

5 Platform Use

5.1 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TC999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

5.2 Informational Nature

All Content published on TC999 — including game guides, bonus reviews, odds explanations, sports betting information and responsible gambling resources — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, legal advice or any other form of professional advice. Users must independently verify all information with the relevant Third-Party Operator before making any decision.

5.3 Payment References

References to payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar context for Pakistani users only. 6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
• Scrape, crawl, index or harvest Content from the Platform without prior written consent from TC999;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform or its Content for commercial purposes without authorisation;
• Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information through any feature of the Platform;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user's enjoyment of the Platform;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair its infrastructure;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any age verification, access control or security measure implemented on the Platform.

TC999 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take any appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, removing Content and cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

The Platform and all Content published thereon — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, reviews, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — are the exclusive intellectual property of TC999 or its content licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Restricted Use

No part of the Platform or its Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution, or for any commercial enterprise, without TC999's express prior written consent.

7.3 User-Submitted Content

Where the Platform permits users to submit feedback, comments or other content, you grant TC999 a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute such content in connection with the Platform. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7.4 Third-Party Trademarks

Trademarks, service marks and trade names of third parties — including payment providers and sporting bodies — mentioned on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Mention of such marks does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation with TC999.

8 Disclaimers

8.1 No Gambling Operator Status

TC999 is not a licensed gambling operator. It does not offer, facilitate or process any gambling transactions. All references to games, bonuses, odds and promotions are informational in nature and relate to Third-Party Operators over whom TC999 has no control.

8.2 Accuracy of Content

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Exclusion of Indirect Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, TC999, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses.

9.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TC999's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by the user, if any, for access to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) the equivalent of PKR 1,000.

9.3 Essential Basis

The limitations of liability set out in this section reflect a fair allocation of risk between TC999 and users and form an essential basis of the agreement between the parties. TC999 would not be able to provide the Platform on these terms without such limitations.

9.4 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

10 Privacy

Your privacy is important to TC999. The collection, use and protection of personal data submitted through or in connection with the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to those practices, you must not use the Platform.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Amendments

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by TC999

TC999 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, provision of false information or conduct that TC999 deems harmful to the Platform or other users.

13.2 Termination by User

You may cease using the Platform at any time. If you hold a registered account, you may request closure by contacting TC999 at the email address set out in Section 15. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your access to the Platform, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TC999 is incorporated and operated.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your local jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded or modified. Pakistani users are reminded that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional restrictions on gambling-related activities.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local consumer-protection provisions.
